Youth: Securing the Hope of our Future Generation against the Pandemic

In the past few months, the Pandemic has slowed down and ease itself when comparing to our situation a year ago: it was a disaster, terror and horror. Up until now even after the countless tries of humanity to rid the Pandemic, instead it keeps growing and forming new variants around the world. After many tried and so, vaccines we’re finally made – A hope have finally lightened up our burning desires for salvation and freedom against the shackles of the pandemic thus within the guidance of this new Vaccine, the world is finally recovering and finally rising again and on the look-out for a full recovery.

In the first appearance of the vaccine, many people we’re anxious, worried, nervous and hesitant because of the fact that it’s imported from another country and we never even knew the results of these said vaccines. Thus parents we’re very skeptical to try out this vaccine especially their children but even so after months of tries, the vaccine was proven to be effective and now fully licensed to be used for anyone. Our world may have suffered a fatal damage but this isn’t stopping us from moving forward, teenagers being the hope of future generations must be taken care of so they can carry on and live their life to their fullest. In this time and period, being fully vaccinated is considered to be at least a bit safer compared to a non-vaccinated. The Vaccine works as a protection against COVID-19 which also helps us with a more consistent immune response according to the mgavi.org. After countless clinical experiments and proofs the vaccine has to gone through, It is safe to say that the types of vaccines that we’re released can help us in our current situation.

The FDA had approved the authorization use of P-fizer for children ages 5-15 years old and an immediate approval for 16 years old and older. Because of the benefits of the vaccine, this can gravely help teens be at ease and safe for the mean time but even so intense monitoring and proper medication must still be maintained especially for kids with a fragile body to sicknesses. Because of the ongoing school activities of students, it is always okay to ensure the safety of our children's especially since we have calmed down the situation of pandemic in the Philippines thus we must stay active and still aware of our surroundings.

COVID-19 is a serious Illness that brought terror from every corner of the world so it must not be taken lightly, children’s must be vaccinated and thoroughly monitored because children’s may not be as prone to the disease but the COVID has still affected a lot and turned people’s life miserable. The hope of our future must be taken care of and children’s must also be wary about possible future turns of events.

Is it really safe to vaccinate our Children? In my case, vaccinating your child is the best way since the benefits of the vaccine is to be taken to accountability and we must always stay cautious no matter what the instance is, there no room for doubts in a world full of nothing but misery thus we must protct the glory of our futures: youth.
